It is with regret that we have been informed that Lunar Caravans Ltd have been entered into administration.

Wandahome (South Cave) Ltd will continue to support any existing warranty claims currently submitted to Lunar under the terms of the manufacturer’s warranty.

Please be aware that any future warranty claims will need to be inspected by Wandahome (South Cave) Ltd before submitting the claim to Lunar Caravans Ltd.  We are expecting that any new submitted warranty claims may incur a delay in processing and therefore ask for your understanding under the circumstances.  We will endeavour to keep you informed of any claims as the information becomes available to us.

Lunar Caravans Ltd are currently working closely with the administrators at this time and remain hopeful that a buyer will be found.

We appreciate that you may have concerns over the future of Lunar Caravans Ltd and the terms of your existing warranty.  We would ask that you kindly bear with us until we receive any further news on the company’s position.
